Jennifer Schultz, Executive Director:
I came to Parkview in 2020, first as Director of Finance before being named Executive Director.  Prior to coming to Parkview, my career spanned many years in lead accounting and Business Management roles across the United States. I have lived in New York, Florida, Colorado, Hawaii, Virginia, and of course Oregon.  In my role as Executive Director, I can utilize my degree in Business Administration along with my love for Seniors.  I have learned through all the places I have lived, and all my travels, that our seniors can teach us so much from their experiences if only we listen with an open mind and heart.  I look forward to learning and growing with our residents and staff here at Parkview.  It is my honor to serve in this position as such a well-established Senior facility with such a rich Christian history.

Laura Mathews, Marketing Director:
I am privileged and honored to be the Marketing Director here at Parkview.  My Gerontology degree and extensive marketing background have come together to make this an ideal career for my talents and energy.  Together, my husband and I have five grown children and 12 grandkids!  On the weekends, I spend as much time as possible enjoying the beautiful outdoors on our property in Woodland, WA, camping in our travel trailer,  hiking a trail, biking, or snowshoeing!

Kasey Lokken, Assisted Living Director:

I have worked in healthcare for over 25 years. I started as a Paramedic at the age of 18. Eighteen years later I found myself in the PNW.  That’s when I started my career in senior living. I grew with every position I worked in assisted living, learning every aspect of the community-based care I possibly could along the way.  My love for serving seniors led me to getting my Executive Director license and working for a consulting company. I was blessed along the way to cross paths with Parkview Assisted Living. The Atmosphere of Parkview not only feels like home to me, but also gives me comfort to serve a community that shares the same Christian values and morals as me. Everyday the residents are a blessing to come to work and serve.

Joyce Milbrandt, Resident Services Director
I started my Activities career in Skilled Nursing and spent 6 years as an Activities Director with some amazing aging adults who brought a lot of wonderful memories, encouragement, and wisdom to my life. I am so grateful to have this opportunity here at Parkview and have been greeted with such warmth.  I believe that the activities we engage in through our lives become the center of who we are as individuals, that they are such a huge part of what defines us in our lives. I believe that we all have the ability as we age to continue to pursue the activities we once loved even if we must modify those activities to our current abilities.  Activities are the heart and center of any community, and bringing that heart is my passion. I use my degrees in Public Health, and Aging Services in my approach, and learned a long time ago that age is only a number we let get the better of us if we chose to.  In my personal time I enjoy listening to music, loving on my two dogs Eddy & Lizzy, finding fun places in Portland to listen to music, rockhounding, crafting, and of course spending time with my friends and family.

John Wade, Supervisor for Security / Resident Services:

I started working here in 1999 and became Supervisor that same year. Christ demonstrated leadership through service to others. That is what we do here at Parkview, we serve elders with Christ as our motivation. We are surrogate family for our residents when they need protection, medical attention, building maintenance or an encouraging word. Away from work I’m involved in my church. My wife and I have no children, but we do enjoy spoiling our energetic "English cream" Golden Retriever, Boaz.

Eric Williams, Maintenance Director:
I’ve worked in the maintenance department at Parkview since 2012.   As the Maintenance Director, my responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and repair of the apartments, facilities, equipment, and grounds.  Responding to our residents’ needs is a high priority to me and to my team. Parkview is a great place to work and serve.

Gary Shank, Parkview Resident's Pastor:
Since 1979 and through nearly thirty-some years of pastoral ministry, my wife Kathleen and I have served together in retirement home and nursing home settings simply because we love seniors!  We value their years of experiences, listen attentively to their stories, and learn to more appreciate the lives we've been given. Parkview is home to amazing and delightful friends, and that includes the staff and resident's families who visit as well. I'm grateful to be a part of the Parkview community.

Tammy Ray, Human Resource Manager:
I have been in Human Resources for over 20 years and as of December of 2021 have been blessed to be a part of the Parkview team.  I have extensive experience in non-profits and senior living and am looking forward to my adventures here. I am engaged to a wonderful man, have 4 children, 7 grandchildren and blessed with 2 great grandsons. When not at work I am at home enjoying our 2 Dobermans, Hampton and Legacy along with our foster dog, Kateri. Weather permitting you will find me working on the creation of my English Garden Retreat.
